Lake Charles resident Jeff Wakefield is one of many who want Hodges Gardens State Park to stay open to the public. “I would like to try to save this Heavenly place from closing,” Wakefield told us in a message which was accompanied by these beautiful photographs he took at Hodges. He is sharing these photos to help show the beauty of Hodges Gardens to those who haven’t visited in a while, or who live outside of our geographic area and are unfamiliar with Hodges Gardens.
