What I recall about this photo … which I scanned from an old negative I found at The Index in the ‘90s, was that it was Court in Sabine Parish… early 1900s (wish I could be more specific but it was many decades ago by the time I found it). Someone had told me once upon a time the name of the judge and the district attorney in this pic, but I can’t recall those names at the moment. Feel free to contribute if you have knowledge!
