Quite a story… this woman is reported to be the first person to move out of the future reservoir area for soon to be created Toledo Bend Lake. She is shaking hands with Cliff Ammons, known as the “father of Toledo Bend” as he (as a State Representative) hustled legislative approval for the lake and later voter approval.
