Raw footage from December 2015, showing U. S. 84 Bridge over Sabine River at Logansport, Louisiana en route to Joaquin, Texas. The river was quite flooded when this video was taken. Now, both parts of the bridge system are finished. At the time of the filming, just one side was partially finished.
