Not sure what this is… Was hoping by posting, someone could satisfy my curiousity! Driving past this site, on the old El Camino Real (Hwy. 21) in East Texas, just before hitting Hwy. 103 and a little shy of San Augustine, Texas, it appeared to me that the highway was being re-routed… This didn’t make a whole lot of sense as the highway had fairly recently been rerouted, so we got some aerial shots and realized it does not actually look at all like it will be part of the highway. Maybe a race track? Not knowing a whole lot about race tracks, I really can’t make an educated guess on this. Maybe someone here knows!
