Footage taken a couple hours ago from Newton County and Beauregard Parish on the Sabine River, between Texas and Louisiana (Bon Weir and Merryville). A beautiful white sandy beach is along the river, after flooding on the Sabine. The river and “beach” were absolutely stunning and picturesque… Not to mention quiet and peaceful … Hard to imagine the river just a couple weeks ago had caused so much pain and suffering and destruction by flooding its banks miles in either direction.
