This footage was taken today at the Toledo Bend Dam Spillway. As you will see, the spillway is quiet and the Toro Bayou and Sabine River downstream have become just small streams of water. Quite a difference from just a few weeks ago when we all so so very much water being released from the spillway into Toro Bayou and ultimately into the Sabine River downstream. I am on road now, but when I get back I will show a comparison of the scene at the dam from a few weeks ago and today.
