Video taken today of Louisiana Highway 8 in Vernon Parish, just east of the Sabine River. A decent section of the highway fell apart, I’m guessing after the subsurface washed away during flooding on the Sabine River. This part of the road was completely submerged by the flooded waters of the Sabine.
