Campti, Louisiana residents are still dealing with the wrath of flood waters from heavy rains over a week ago. Black Lake and Clear Lake flooded much of the rural Campti area. This footage just shows a small glimpse of what this area is dealing with. The footage was taken today around 6 pm.
