Anacoco Creek in Vernon Parish. Shared by Kevin Brister, who writes, “I took this yesterday evening on the east side of Anacoco creek, opposite side of the Cottonwood Community. This is definitely the highest that I’ve ever seen it there and I’ve lived here most of my life. You’ve still got to go around two more curves before you even get to the bridge. It turns to a gravel road just a few hundred more ft up the road. This is the first time that I’ve seen it come that far up the pavement.”
