We were at Burr Ferry / Evans in western Vernon Parish, at around 5 pm. This is an area on the east bank of the Sabine River. It now is the east bank of the Sabine River. The flooding was tremendous and it was an awful sight. We got some aerial video and I will post when I return to the office. These photos are looking down Louisiana Highway 8.
