In the mid 1990s, the Town of Many, Louisiana commissioned a study to beautify the downtown area through the Main Street America program. Other than some drawings some meetings and some talk, not much else was done to change the buildings through the program.. Though some property owners did their own things. The photos on top were taken In the mid 90s and then the bottom ones taken today. Some are missing but that is because they were not included in what I have of the study.
