Some times, in night photography (long exposures), I catch neat things. The light to the right, above the horizon, is one of those. Have no idea what it is. It is not an airplane… I caught plenty of airplanes last night in a series of photos I took at Clyde’s Crossing in Zwolle, Louisiana… airplanes produce a dotted light pattern because the lights on them are blinking. Also, I’ve never seen an airplane produce a prismatic streak such as this one. I’m not saying this is a UFO or anything… probably a very simple and logical explanation. I just don’t happen to have a clue as to what that explanation is.
