At the time of this photograph, A well has already been dug for the school’s water supply system and an electric and heating plant is to be installed in the school’s basement. WPA workmen will build a principal’s cottage, janitor’s home, teacher’s home, manual training school shop and home economics cottage. The project will cost approximately $192,500.
