Hodges Gardens. Hodges’ House Island, during construction of Hodges residence. Circa early 1950s, looking south. This is an awesome aerial image capturing construction in progress. Notice that only the base level of the residence has been completed. Clearly the boat dock is in operation on the right side of the photo.
