Just returned from the Courthouse… Robert Barthelemy has been found guilty of first degree murder in the August 2013 death of 24-year-old Tony Procell. The jury will return tomorrow for phase 2 of the trial during which the jury will determine whether to sentence Barthelemy to death by lethal injection or to life in prison
