UPDATE… He has been found thanks to some super nice super caring people who messaged me about 45 minutes ago… They had seen someone kicking him at a gas station and Many and they were kind enough to rescue him and take him home. They just returned him to us a few minutes ago and he is safe and we just gave him his antibiotics. Thanks so much to everyone for caring, sharing, and keeping an eye out for him!!!!
