Moon rises over cresting Red River. This image was created from three photos My daughter and I took one night in June during the last full moon. As the moon peaked over the horizon, it was actually almost red. For some reason my images didn't quite capture the true color. The Red River had surpassed flood stage and was cresting when we took this from the Shreveport/Bossier bridge.
