From the 20s I think. Not sure where though it was from Mrs Johnnie Belle Vandegaer’s collection (of Many). It was once suggested this could have been taken in Allen Sanitarium in Converse… I would love to think that but I kind of doubt it. Don’t know anyone in the pic except the surname of one of the nurses is Bellow
